Shamanic Horse Medicine

Medicine Wheel Walk-Talk
In this session, a person or a group works with a horse and a FEEL® facilitator or a SMH Practitioner and inside a round pen. The round pen represents a “medicine wheel” with nine directions, each one embodying specific energetics, which the horse intuitively understands. An individual is able to gain clarity about an issue or goal as the horse guides them to the direction(s) that holds the key to their healing and transformation.
Available during workshops on Salt Spring Island or through individual practitioners.

Individual Horse Medicine Connections Sessions
In these sessions, a person works one-on-one with a horse and a FEEL® facilitator or a SMH Practitioner . A variety of unique, themed sessions are available, based on an individual’s intention. Highly empathic and sensitive to non-verbal communication, regardless of the type of session, our horse partners hold a safe, non-judgmental space for mindfulness and healing.

Group Horse Medicine Connections

These sessions are designed for groups who desire to build and/or deepen professional relationships in business and in like minded groups. This work also expands the ability of a team to work together in greater flow and direction. These sessions can also help facilitate a group in expanding their ideas and their particular vision within a professional, group or business relationship. Horses’ sensitivity, awareness and reflection assist in a greater understanding of group dynamics and process.

Horses, as a herd, are masters at creating interpersonal and beneficial group energy. Working with your group in ground activities with horses also helps a team work towards common goals and resolve conflicts. Because horses are highly perceptive prey animals, they respond to subtle cues – making them powerful mirrors for how people show up in a group.
